Returns must be mailed back to the JOVANA MARKOVIC via reputable carrier of your choice, as a registered mail with delivery confirmation and insurance, within 1 (one ) working day of receipt.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. JOVANA MARKOVIC does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages that are shipped back. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's Pay Pal account. As previously stated, international customs duties and additional local costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs to byer will be redacted from refund.
